As most of our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer standard returns.
However, we fully take responsibility in the following cases:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, showing the product and the issue clearly.
This helps us verify transit-related damage or errors.
Once verified, our team will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
